Order and Shipping Confirmation
After your order has been successfully placed, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. Your email will include your order number and shipping method. Do ensure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect our products once they are on route to you.
Orders may take up to 3-5 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Where We Ship?
The Skinny Bakers currently offer delivery in Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei. We are also able to ship orders from other countries too, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further shipment charges and delivery availability for online orders. Same Day Delivery
Yes, The Skinny Bakers provides same day delivery if you live around the Klang Valley area. In order to receive your cookies at your doorstep on the same day, do ensure you secure your orders before 12PM and we will send it to you via Grab Delivery or Lalamove. Directly contact us via email or phone for further enquires.
How can I get updates on the status of my order?
All our parcels are processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days upon varication of payment. Once your parcel is despatched, we will send you a confirmation via email or mobile along with your postal tracking number. To track your parcel, head to the selected courier’s official website and enter your tracking number.
Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging.
Any item returned after 30 days of receipt is not eligible for refund.
We do not accept exchanges, as items may sell out while the requested exchange is returned and processed.
