I did not receive the whole pack

I ordered the Mix-N-Match Cookie Bag Bundle and only received one out of the 5 bags. Also, one of my cookie canisters was received like the below. I ordered this to give away to ppl. How can I do so with this now? Please advise what is your measures to rectify my issues here. Btw, I am based in Singapore and only managed to get a hold of the cookies yesterday.
