The Power of Customers' Support during the Pandemic

 The pandemic had affected a lot of businesses and we are not an exception. The Movement Control Order (MCO) that was set by the government had immobilised our outlets.

Thankfully, we had already set up our online platform 3 months before the pandemic strike. So during the early days of the MCO, we focused on the shipment of online orders and catering to the customised needs of customers looking to make bulk or corporate orders. We tried to give the best that we could to the customers.

We had also been using the door-to-door delivery service even before the pandemic started. Hence, we were able to utilise their services (as well as postal such as DHL & Poslaju) during the MCO to get the customer's orders to them and we are ever so grateful!  Thankfully, a good majority of our customer's orders arrived safely and on time. For the ones that did not, we are always looking into such issues and figure out how to improve our services from there. 

Of course if we are talking about business survival, the most important thing is the customers. The acceptance and support from the customers are the most important thing when it comes to sustaining the business. Thanks to the enormous love and support that we had received from the customers, we had managed to survive through the hard times.
