I did not receive the whole pack

I ordered the Mix-N-Match Cookie Bag Bundle and only received one out of the 5 bags. Also, one of my cookie canisters was received like the below. I ordered this to give away to ppl. How can I do so with this now? Please advise what is your measures to rectify my issues here. Btw, I am based in Singapore and only managed to get a hold of the cookies yesterday.

Tried the cookies early this year. Decided to order the Santa's Box for our colleague in KL but it was not available on their website. Messaged the team on WhatsApp and they replied quite swiftly. Though I had some problems with their online order, the team replied and provided assistance promptly. The Santa's Box was delivered to our colleague within days too. Hope they retail in SG soon.
